Akin to their more widely-used cousin the bath bomb, shower steamers are a perfect alternative for those who don’t have the time to soak, but who still want the benefit of a steamy soak.
Directions:
All you need to enjoy a shower steamer is to place one (or a few, if you’re feeling fancy) on the floor of your shower away from the direct stream of water and turn on the water to your preferred temperature (warmer is better). The shower steam will soon release the scented oils into the air; breathe deeply and relax.

Sodium bicarbonate (Baking soda), Citric acid, Hammamelis Virginiana (Witch hazel) water, proprietary essential oil blends
